How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost may vary by items.

How long after ordering is my order shipped?

We typically ship all orders within 2-8 business days (not calendar days). This includes production time since most of the products are made to order. If you select Express shipping at checkout, we aim to ship your item within 2 business days. 

How long does it take to arrive?

We ship all orders from our USA factory. Once shipped, we will send the tracking information to the email used during the purchase. We see delivery happen within the following timeframes:

  • USA : 2-8 business days
  • Canada : 5-20 business days
  • UK, most of EU : 5-15 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand : 10-30 business days
  • Rest of the World : 5-20 business days

These timeframes are typical, and sometimes local carrier issues may mean you item arrives slightly later than this. Extended time frame may occur for holiday and carrier issues.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

No. We do not ship to PO Boxes. 

Do you have the same shipping timeline for Metal Art works?

We are proud to have all of our metal wall art made right here in the USA. You can trust the ultimate quality and quickest shipping time.

Orders are made custom to you, and due to the level of care and craftsmanship put into each of them, shipment is within 10-14 days. Please allow extra time during peak periods. Metal Art products are only shipped within the USA right now.

What if I didn't receive my order?

Please contact our support team quoting your order number from the confirmation email. We'll help track down your order.

Can I pay extra to get my items quicker?

For USA domestic orders, you have the option of Express order processing at checkout. This will prioritize your order for shipping within 2 business days where possible. We hope to offer Priority carrier options for USA and International orders in the near future.

What about customs fees/ taxes?

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labeling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

It's unusual for orders of 1-2 items to attract customs fees, except in countries where there is a very low or no tax-free threshold. If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.
